KIDS CABIN

Grace - Play Space
tiny cabins for children.

KOTO teamed up with London based designers, Giles Miller Studio to collaborate on “Grace” the elegant and sophisticated of the three playhouses. The interior is painted with chalk paint to allow the children to draw on all surfaces. Simple furniture elements including 2 storage seats and a small table allow children to make a home of it and keep their special books and toys stored safely. The floor surface is covered with natural grey felted wool to add some softness to the space.

"Play areas designed by and for children, hand made to order our play houses are built to inspire, use indoors to create a quiet hideaway or use outdoors to reconnect your child to the elements."

Thea - Play Space

Théa, the more disorderly Play Space is the same structure but flipped on its side, the rebel of group. With a louvered facade to add texture and an area for kids to climb, Théa hides a more orderly interior with a bespoke desk space and carefully placed windows to admire the views out.

"We wanted to create a structure that children can play in, read in, and relax in but we also wanted an object that looks great and that can be adaptable for indoors and out, more of a playful sculpture than a traditional play house."

Zoe - Play Space

Zoe is the final Play Space in the series with a CNC cut Valchromat facade etched with words of wisdom for little ones to read and be inspired. A calming interior to read and relax with friends, fill with books, cushions and blankets. KOTO embraces the simplicity of Scandinavian living and the design ethos that follows. They create play spaces for big people and small. Spaces to feel inspired and connected. Play Spaces are the latest products to be released from the range of luxury eco cabins that are on offer from KOTO Design.
