HEALTHY HOMES AND CABINS
MADE THE SCANDINAVIAN WAY.

KOTO [KO-TO] The traditional Finnish word for ‘cosy at home’.

We are really excited to release Muutama, the first in our series of sustainable cabins and modular healthy homes. The concept has been 2 years in the making, to deliver architect designed modern buildings that can be delivered whole and complete to your site.

'KOTO BRING SCANDINAVIAN DESIGN TO PREFABRICATED HOUSING MARKET.'

KOTO want to challenge how we think about our buildings from every perspective, from construction to how they are used and the environmental impact at every step along the way.

Partnering with Kudos, our experienced timber frame manufacturers has brought an exceptional level of experience and craftsmanship to the finished product and builds on years of their development of low energy, timber frame buildings.

All Koto buildings are built as 'new homes' so conform to all building regulations and have a generational lifespan and are in accordance with NHBC standards. Also built within the constraints of the caravan act our modules are transportable and flexible in their use for both the private and business market. Uses range from hotel accommodations, studio spaces, home offices to holiday and private homes.

Watch this space for updates.

If you are planning a house or cabin project of your own, we'd love to hear from you. Send us a mail to zoe@kotocabins.com
