Our highly skilled craftsmen build timber frame buildings and by using the finest timber frame technologies, we create high performance, low energy buildings that can be delivered on time and on budget. The way that we are set up allows us to deliver complete small buildings or prefabricated larger buildings in components.  

The modular nature of our KOTO extensions allows our trained architects and designers to design your dream space with you. Your extension will then be built off site and delivered to you, taking all the hassle, and disruption of the build away.
